This Harmonic Spectrum & Otto Tuning Forks Set comes with two set of tuning forks with cases.

These are the two sets required for The Sound Healing Academy’s Level 2 Diploma In Integral Sound Healing (for working with individual clients) and also for The Level 1 Foundation In Integral Sound Healing With Tuning forks.

When bought together, these sets are discounted!

Please note that the Om Weighted Tuning Forks is also covered in both courses mentioned above. This fork is optional and if you don't have this fork, you can use the Otto 128 Hz Tuning Fork instead.

However, there's one exercise where you can use both the Om and Otto 128 Hz together, so it's very useful to have both. If you wish to purchase the Om Weighted Tuning Fork as well, please add it to cart.

The Harmonic Spectrum Unweighted Tuning Forks (Set Of 8 With Velveteen Case)

The Harmonic Spectrum 8 piece set contains a full octave of tuning forks (C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C).

They create a series of musical intervals to help you relax, centre yourself and release stuck, blocked energy.

Each interval has the capacity to affect your nervous system in a different way by activating specific healing qualities. This is done by tapping two tuning forks together.

It's also possible to balance the energy in the chakras with this tuning fork set.

This table shows the association between chakras and tuning forks:

CHAKRA TUNING FORK (NOTE & FREQUENCY)
Root Red C 256 Hz
Sacral Orange D 288 Hz
Solar Plexus Yellow E 320 Hz
Heart Green F 341.3 Hz
Throat Blue G 384 Hz
3rd Eye Indigo A 426.7 Hz
Crown Violet B 480 Hz
Higher Octave Of Root White C 512 Hz

The Otto (Ostheopathic) Weighted Tuning Forks (Set Of 3 With Cases)

Otto tuning forks are used for relaxation, and for sending vibrations into the bones. The forks are tuned to the frequencies of 32 Hz, 64 Hz and 128 Hz. They vibrate at a low pitch due to their weighted prongs and are especially effective when placed on the sternum, vertebra and meridian points. These frequencies project sounds into the physical body, especially in the bones.

The Otto 32 Hz Weighted Tuning fork

C-32 Hz is helpful for the following:

  • Good for stimulating the flow of lymph
  • Boosting immune system
  • Repairing and regenerating peripheral nerves
  • Enabling greater mobility of cranial bones and helping to relieve migraines, headaches, mood swings
  • Stimulates hair growth
  • Good for grounding

The Otto Tuner is the note of C in the diatonic scale.

The Otto 64 Hz Weighted Tuning Fork

C-64 Hz is helpful for the following:

  • helps loosen sacral ligaments
  • stimulates and balances between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems
  • useful in healing emotional trauma
  • grounding

The Otto 64 Hz is very effective when used around the sacrum as it aids in balancing the autonomic nervous system.

It assists in the following:

  • Better sleep
  • Reduced aches and pains
  • Lifting depression
  • Overcoming sexual and menstrual dysfunctions
  • Improved immune system

The Otto 128 Hz Weighted Tuning Fork

The Otto 128 Hz reduces pain in joints and can but used on or around stiff or painful joints, on the sacrum and Chakras points.

Benefits include:

  • Increases joint mobility
  • Spikes nitric oxide
  • Stimulates endocrine glands
  • Releases the psoas muscle
  • Relaxes the organs within the pelvis

It's an excellent tuning fork to use alongside the Weighted Om as the combination with the notes being so close creates a dissonance that assists in breaking up stuck energy.

These instruments are made from special grade aluminium alloy and their frequency is guaranteed to be tuned to an accuracy of +/- 0.25%.

All tuning forks come in a velveteen carry bag and they are are made in India, they're cut (not moulded) and are of great quality and value.
