DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are processed for shipping from Monday to Friday and are normally processed within 48 hours. Orders received after midday on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Standard sound healing instruments delivery in the USA is by USPS Priority, which normally takes 2 to 4 business days. Express delivery is courier delivery (normally USPS Priority Mail Express) and is collected from Monday to Friday, but generally not until the day after the order is made. The transit time is 1 to 2 business days.

Due to issues with our carriers delivering to 3rd party shippers in Doral, Florida 33172, we will no longer ship to 3rd party carriers in the 33172-zip code.

Drum and flute orders will be mailed by UPS.

DELIVERY GUARENTEE

All mail is tracked and insured, and if your parcel is lost in the post, we will send the goods again or refund them once we hear confirmation that the post office or courier has agreed it is lost.

If the non-delivery of goods is a result of you giving an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to the sender, then we will either re-post goods (an extra delivery charge will need to be paid) or refund the cost of goods. This is dependent on goods being returned and is not guaranteed.


DELIVERY TO CANADA

Standard delivery is made by USPS standard international post and it takes between 6 and 10 business days. Express delivery is made by USPS Priority Mail Express and it takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery timeframe for international mail. 

Import duty will need to be paid if you are purchasing from Canada. All parcels go through customs. Temporary delays in customs are beyond our control.

Delivery Insurance For Crystal Singing Bowls


Rainbow Sounds will replace a broken bowl on a case-by-case basis. If a customer box was undamaged, but the bowl was broken. Please let us know, we will need a photo of the box, the bowl and the inside of the bowl (Chakra symbol).

Rainbow Sounds will need to be informed on the day of delivery.

They will not replace bowls due to courier or transport damage, loss in transit, or theft from the doorstep. You can add shipping insurance to protect your parcel from damage, loss or theft. If you would like insurance added, please select the variant that includes insurance in the product price.

How It Works


Insurance for Rainbow Sounds Delivery

Our bowls are carefully packed in double-reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive safely and securely. While it’s very rare for items to arrive damaged, we recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout through the third-party provider, Route Protection, to protect your parcel from damage, loss, or theft. By adding this insurance, you’ll be eligible for compensation through Route, if applicable.

How It Works

If your Route-protected order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route's support team will guide you through the simple process of resolving the issue in just a few steps. 


If you purchased the additional shipping insurance at checkout through the third-party provider, Route Protection, follow these steps to file a claim:
  1. Go to the Route Resolve Center
  2. Enter your email and order number.
  3. Select the item(s) you’re filing the claim for.
  4. Choose the corresponding issue type.
  5. Verify your phone number.
  6. Provide details about the issue.
  7. Select your preferred resolution.
  8. Submit the required information.
  9. Review and certify your claim.
  10. Submit the claim.
