Orders placed on weekdays are normally processed for shipping within 24 hours.
Orders received after Midday on Friday will usually be processed on Monday.
Please note due to Covid 19 post office drop off is only on Monday and Thursday.
if courier selected they collect Monday to Friday. For fast courier please select DHL or UPS.
Delivery time estimates from time of shipping
UK: 1-2 working days under normal circumstances currently often a few days more and even up to a week.
EU: 3-5 working days or 7 days if Hermes chosen under normal circumstances, currently 7-28 days depending on if you choose fast courier or Hermes which is proving to be very slow for EU.
USA/Canada: 5 – 7 working days (3 days courier for large boxes) normal shipping time. currently fast couriers are about 1 week and post around 2 weeks but longer is possible.
Australia / NZ: 7 working days normally. currently 7 - 21 more usual.
CUSTOMS
For some countries outside of the EU you may have import duty to pay on your purchases. Allowance is very generous for USA and Australia so this is not generally an issue for these destinations.
