Level 1 Foundation In Sound Healing 'Super Deluxe Starter Kit (Bowl 2.8lb-3.5lb)
This is the basic sound healing starter kit for you to complete the Sound Healing Academy Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Sound Healing.
By buying the starter kit you save on the total cost of all the items purchased separately.
It contains the following instruments:
- Medium sized Tibetan singing bowl.
- The bowl will be 8″ - 8.5″ (20-22cm) in diameter and its weight will be 2.8lb-3.5lb. The heavier bowls like this have greater resonance and often a longer sustained sound. We'll make sure we'll send a bowl that has a good sound when tapped and is easy to play around the rim
- Large size suede ended wand
- A set of 2 Whole Body Tuning Forks (notes are C & G)
- One Weighted Om Tuning Fork
- Rubber Ball Mallet (for tapping bowl and tuning forks)
- One rubber puck
- An Egg Shaker
- A cushion for the bowl
- One Rubber Ball for the end of the Weighted Tuning Fork
The bowl is made by artisans using traditional hand beaten methods and it's made of a 7 metal mix.
The tuning forks are made from special grade aluminium alloy.
The frequency is guaranteed to be tuned to an accuracy of +/- 0.25%, which is a very good healing grade accuracy.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are processed for shipping from Monday to Friday and are normally processed within 48 hours. Orders received after midday on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Standard sound healing instruments delivery in the USA is by USPS Priority, which normally takes 2 to 4 business days. Express delivery is courier delivery (normally USPS Priority Mail Express) and is collected from Monday to Friday, but generally not until the day after the order is made. The transit time is 1 to 2 business days.
Due to issues with our carriers delivering to 3rd party shippers in Doral, Florida 33172, we will no longer ship to 3rd party carriers in the 33172-zip code.
Drum orders will be mailed by UPS.

DELIVERY GUARENTEE
All mail is tracked and insured, and if your parcel is lost in the post, we will send the goods again or refund them once we hear confirmation that the post office or courier has agreed it is lost.
If the non-delivery of goods is a result of you giving an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to the sender, then we will either re-post goods (an extra delivery charge will need to be paid) or refund the cost of goods. This is dependent on goods being returned and is not guaranteed.
DELIVERY TO CANADA
Effective Friday, November 29, 2024, USPS will temporarily not accept mail or packages for delivery to Canada for any mail class due to the ongoing Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike. We will use USP until further notice.
Standard delivery is made by USPS standard international post and it takes between 6 and 10 business days. Express delivery is made by USPS Priority Mail Express and it takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery timeframe for international mail.
Import duty will need to be paid if you are purchasing from Canada. All parcels go through customs. Temporary delays in customs are beyond our control.

I recently purchased this Tibetan singing bowl from the Sound Healing Therapy Shop USA as part of their Level 1 Foundation in Sound Healing Super Deluxe Starter Kit, and I am truly impressed with the quality of everything. The 3.57 lb (1622 grams) bowl (8.5 inches) resonates at a calming 219 Hz frequency, which is specifically aligned with the Third Eye chakra. The sound is deep, soothing, and perfect for meditation, helping me create a peaceful atmosphere while opening the intuitive energy of the Third Eye. The hand-hammered craftsmanship gives it a unique, authentic energy that touches my heart every time I use it.
The kit also includes several wonderful tools, such as a large-size suede-ended wand, a set of 2 Whole Body Tuning Forks (C & G), a Weighted Om Tuning Fork, a rubber ball mallet, a rubber puck, an egg shaker, and a cushion for the bowl. The tuning forks have really stood out to me. The Whole Body Tuning Forks (C & G) produce harmonious, grounding tones, while the Weighted Om Tuning Fork offers a deep, resonant vibration that helps bring a sense of calm and compassion into my space. The egg shaker is functional but doesn’t feel anything special.
One small thing I would suggest is with the foam cushion—it doesn’t quite hold the bowl securely and tends to slip, but this is a minor issue overall.
