Tuning fork leg activator

The concept is great however the product doesn't function well for either weighted or unweighted forks. The material looks to be recycled rubber of some sort, lays at an awkward angle when fastened and no way to be sure which side is actually supposed to be the striking surface. The rubber itself curves the wrong direction to follow the curvature of the human leg. At least on the unit l received. Didn't open the other as it was a gift. I'm not a professional so it matters very little except for the wasted cost. The fastening strap excess material gets in the way as well. I won't be using it.

To use a tuning fork leg activator, strap the device around your thigh and gently tap the weighted end (for weighted forks) or the side of the tines (for unweighted forks) against its rubber surface.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Strap the Activator: Secure the leg activator comfortably around your thigh using the adjustable strap. The rubber striking surface should be positioned in a convenient spot for activation. This setup allows you to keep both hands free for working with multiple tuning forks.
Hold the Tuning Fork: Hold the tuning fork by its stem (handle), avoiding contact with the tines, which would dampen the vibration.
Activate the Fork:
For weighted forks: Gently but solidly strike the color-coded weighted end of the fork against the rubber surface of the leg activator. Only one of the rounded weights needs to make contact.
For unweighted forks: Gently tap the side of one of the tines against the rubber surface.
Avoid Hitting Too Hard: A light tap is sufficient to activate the vibration. Hitting the fork too hard can create a harsh 'clang tone' and may cause undue wear on the fork.
Use the Vibration: Once activated, the fork will vibrate. You can then use it for your intended purpose, such as holding it near the body or placing the stem on specific points, as in sound healing or therapy practices.
Practice activating the forks a few times to find the right pressure; it quickly becomes a natural motion.

Return Policy:

Leg activator

The leg activator is very helpful using as my go to striker for my tuning forks. It stays right with me as I’m working with people. I no longer have to move my original striker along as I’m working on a client. Best of all; my knees are now bruise free.

Tuning Fork Leg Activator

I'm not quite sure what surface to strike: the rubber, or the belt.
A short video could be helpful. I would like to return it and exchange
with some other product - another striker/activator, or tuning fork.
Could you please authorize return. Many thanks.
