64 Hz Weighted Tuning Fork (Otto)
The 64 Hz Weighted Tuning Fork, also known as the Otto 64, is a powerful low-frequency tool designed for deep physical resonance. As an octave below the 128 Hz, it provides a slower, deeper vibration that is exceptionally effective for grounding and relieving tension in the lower back, hips, and sacroiliac (SI) joint.
When applied to the bone, it helps stimulate blood flow and relaxation in the body's densest tissues, making it an essential tool for somatic practitioners.
64 Hz is a very effective frequency when used around the sacrum, as it aids in balancing the autonomic nervous system.
It assists in the following:
- Better sleep
- Reduced aches and pains
- Lifting depression
- Overcoming sexual and menstrual dysfunctions
- Improved immune system
This instrument is made from special-grade aluminium alloy, and its frequency is guaranteed to be tuned to within ±0.25 %. It comes in a velveteen carry bag, is made in India, is hand-finished (cut) for accuracy, and offers great quality and value.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE AN ACTIVATOR FOR TUNING FORKS, YOU WILL NEED TO BUY ONE.
